I signed up for two string challenges, and this is my second string quilt. I thought Memorial Day weekend was a good time to finish this one up. I’ll be donating this quilt to the Quilts of Valor program.
I started it way back in March and posted about it here. It all began with this pile of strings in patriotic fabrics that I’ve had for years. I still have a bunch left so I’ll be making another string quilt to use them all up … finally!![]()
I’m linking up again to Amy's Sew and Tell Fridays … and also posting this on Stacie’s It’s a String Thing Challenge and Stephanie’s No Strings Attached challenge.

What a beautiful quilt. Congratulations on your finish and it's awesome you're donating it.
They look great and will surely be highly appreciated. They also remind me that I signed up for a string challenge and have no idea where my string blocks in progress are...
