WIP Happy Halloween Scrappy Quilt

Happy Halloween Scrappy Stars

Finally getting my quilting mojo back and this scrappy Halloween quilt is officially my first quilt for 2015.  It’s a work in progress (WIP) but I have finished making the star blocks – all 40 of them!  Yup, that’s enough for two quilts.

The pattern for this is from American Patchwork & Quilting October 2014.

I know, I know, Halloween is less than 2 weeks away so have to really scramble to get one finished in time.  Then I need to work on two quilts I want to make for Christmas gifts.  Yikes, time is flying by way too fast!

Remember, the best things in life are quilted!

I am linking up to the following.  Please be sure to visit to see what everyone else has been up to and for more great finishes:

  4. Fun fabrics! We used to call those points "Peaky and Spike," but that's probably me showing my age. And don't worry if it doesn't get done for this Halloween. Just say that you're planning ahead and are early for next year.

    1. I am trying very hard to get them done in time. But I don't think a quilt is finished until the binding is on so I think I may miss the deadline for this year. There's always next year! Thank you for your visit and comment! It's very much appreciated.
