WIP Work In Progress: A Very Coriander Christmas - Blocks 7-9

These BOM kits kept coming and before I knew it I had 5 kits that needed my attention.

Blocks 7-8-9

So over the past few days, I made 3 more blocks.

Original Block 8

My Block 8

I'm a little disappointed with the fabric cuts I received for Block 8.  I prefer the red fabric in the original block instead of the busy print I received in my kit.

By the time I decided to participate, the original BOM subscriptions were sold out everywhere.  However, I was lucky to find The Quilt Spot still had a few "sub-session" subscriptions available and I quickly signed up.  This means my Block 8 is an alternate version, which will have to do.

Here are my 9 completed blocks.  Okay, all together they look wonderful, including Block 8.  I still have block kits 9 and 11 to work on.  Hopefully, I can finish them by end of next week, and I'll be caught up - in time for the final block (#12) next month.  Yea!

  2. I adore your blocks. I love Corey's fabrics and patterns. I have not been sewing this one, as I have far too many other projects in the works. It is joy to visit your blog and see your lovely blocks. Thank you for linking up to my linky party ... :)
